Returns and Refunds Policy
Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️ Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (downloads, templates, toolkits, videos, and other non-physical items) are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital product from Working Mums 101, you agree to the following:
You waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
This waiver is required by UK law and ensures immediate access to your content. If you have questions before purchasing, please get in touch—we’re happy to help you choose the right product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Digital downloads or online content

Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

Personalised or custom items

Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a physical item, the fastest option is to request a return and place a new order after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Physical Products Only)
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.
This applies to physical goods only, and the item must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase.
This does not apply to digital products. By downloading or accessing the digital content, you forfeit this cancellation right as outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
